Probably the plan is to milk investors with minimal 60% default reimbursement, and then with fanfares to rise it back to usual 70%ish whilst increasing management fee, and milk investors that way.

Sadly comission fee increased to 30%, minimum of repayments stayed at 60% and overdue loans are staying at 70% instead of 80%.
