Hi,

I have a bad loan that has not been compensated at 80 % of the lost principal.

Investment number: L16493933
Loan sold 24.07.2017

loan amount: EUR 100,00
principal repaid: EUR 0,12
lost principal: EUR 99,88

theoratical compensation @ 80 %: EUR 79,90
compensation received: EUR 78,25

This is not a big difference, but I need to know if this is a mistake or if you changed the rules, as I want to keep track of my accounting without any mistakes. Please can you explain.

Loan compensation can fluctuate between 60-80%, it depends of warranty fund size and from bad loans amount.
At least 60% compensation is guaranteed.

Hrrmpf. Compared with other P2P platforms, transparency is not the strong side of Omaraha. May I recommend you start publishing the current compensation quota at a prominent place on the website, and noticing the investors by email upon any change.

I trust any defaulted loans are compensated with the same quota each given day, is this correct?
Palatinate
quota today @ 76 % (for Estonian defaults).

Is there an official average quota for Estonian loans that you could share with us, vlk494?

Official quota is 60%. Everything over that should be considered bonus, because it depends of bad loans amount and warranty fund size and is constantly changing.
