Hey guys,

How do I get my Portal PIN back? I don't receive the text message with it and so I cannot change it from my account and basically I am stuck and can't do anything.

Support don't answer my e-mail. Bad service. :-(

We did send you email (11.01.2017) and requested that you restart your phone, then try again and let us know if this helped. If this does not work, then we can try other solutions.

I didn't receive any e-mail. Will check my spam box.

But I receive texts everyday so I am not sure restarting my phone will help in any way.

Anyway I tried once again and this time it worked.

When I click on the “Send new portal PIN Code to mobile phone.”
I actually have a message that say “Reminder”. Not sure what that means?

Good. You can change this pin to your liking on “Contact data” - “Portal PIN” page and always use same pin.

“Reminder” means that PIN was sent. It should be “Reminder sent”, we will make this more understandable.
